- 150 X zencontrol Sensors
- 220 X zencontrol Switches

“I appreciated the ease of commissioning zencontrol via a mobile, it was much more convenient than carrying around a laptop to flash and commission DALI light fittings.”
- Carle Baker, Lighting Control Specialist LUX Automation
The new Qantas Group Flight Training Facility (QGFTF) in Sydney, developed by LOGOS Property Group, is set to become a leading centre for pilot and cabin crew training. Spanning 7,000m² over three floors, it will feature eight full-motion flight simulators, including one for the Airbus A350, along with advanced training devices, emergency procedures equipment, and classrooms.
A standout feature is the DALI lighting system, providing exceptional energy efficiency. In this zencontrol project, a key requirement was the use of Clipsal Iconic switchplates. LUX Automation expertly wired 220 Iconic slave mechs to zc-switches, meeting the brief with precision.
Set to open in early 2024, the facility will train up to 4,500 Qantas and Jetstar pilots and cabin crew annually, supporting Qantas' growth plans.
