Standard Shipping

Lumen Resources ships products on Tuesday and Thursday's. If urgent shipping is required outside of these days, then please contact our office.

We ship products around Australia using Australia Post Business. Our standard shipping policy is to charge $20 freight ex-GST for any orders that are below $500 ex-GST.

For standard orders that are above $500 ex-GST, Lumen Resources will ship the goods at free providing the order is big enough to shipped by Australia Post.

Express Post

If a customer requires an urgent delivery, they can request express post. Express post will be charged at an additional cost according to the size of the order.

If a customer urgently requires a delivery to go out outside of the standard Tuesday and Thursday, then a shipping fee will apply.

For urgent deliveries, orders should be placed before 12pm to ensure same day delivery. Lumen Resources will make it's best endeavours to get Express orders out in the same day, however we can not guarantee any delivery times once it's handed over to Australia Post for Express shipping.

Oversized

For any items that are larger than Australia Post Business shipping requirements and require a courier, additional freight charges will be quoted accordingly. All standard items sold on the Lumen Resources shop would fit into a standard Australia Post sized box. An oversized item would be something out of the ordinary.

Customers can pick up their goods from the Lumen Resources Gregory Hills Office.

Customer Courier

Customers can organise their own courier at their own cost if they are not happy with the Australia Post Business Service. Customers can arrange pick up from the Lumen Resources Gregory Hills Office address above

International Freight

Lumen Resources does not generally supply goods outside of Australia. Any shipping outside of Australia can be arranged by the customer at their cost, pick up from our Lumen Resources Gregory Hills Office.
